DELIVERY

All our panties are sent in an extra-flat cardboard box or a light recyclable bag to arrive directly in the letterbox and thus reduce postage costs.

We use the services of La Poste for home delivery.

At home in France and overseas:

• Available from €50
• €4.90 at home (for orders under €50) within 2 to 3 working days

Belgium Luxembourg

• €7.90 at home

Europe

• €7.90 at home

Rest of the world

• Home delivery €15

⚠️ Attention: orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will only be dispatched within the following two working days.

Concerning international delivery, delivery times vary depending on the country of destination. They can vary from 2 to 5 days in Europe to longer for countries outside Europe.

Panties can only be exchanged once within 14 days of receiving your order.

Postage by registered letter is recommended to return the panties and is the responsibility of the customer (unless there is an error on our part).

Please contact us at info@mylouisette.com to find out what to do in the event of a return or exchange.

For obvious hygienic reasons, returned panties will have to be destroyed as they cannot be returned to stock as we cannot be sure that they have not been worn or stained on the inside - you cannot You yourself would probably not have appreciated receiving panties already tried on without underwear by a stranger. In a logic of environmental impact, we can only encourage you to offer or resell it to someone around you 😉
